Principal Consultant
A travel industry professional with over 30 years experience, Shiva's expertise is in marketing, operations, and sustainability in M.I.C.E. Tourism.
His qualifications include a B.Bus (Marketing) from the University of Southern Queensland, being a Certified Meeting Professional, and becoming Malaysia's first Sustainable Event Professional certificate holder from the Events Industry Council.
He also has a Certificate in Sustainable Tourism, and has actively contributed towards the development of responsible business travel best practices for the Global Sustainable Tourism Council.
PETER LOUIS
Certification Consultant
With 40 years of experience, Peter is our most seasoned expert. His has a Masters in Environmental Science, and is a Lead Auditor that conducts training programs in ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001. These are management systems that are essential to the M.I.C.E. industry.
He also conducts training programs in Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Management Plans, Environmental Monitoring & Auditing, and Emergency Response Plans.
Peter is registered with Sustainable Certifications in Australia, and is also a member of the International Association of Impact Assessment.
TOH KHENG GUAN
Infotech Consultant
Kheng Guan has a Degree in Business Computing, and is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer. He started his career as a corporate trainer in Microsoft Back Office, and thereafter joined the United Nations, where he specialized in implementing e-Government systems.
He later founded several businesses in Myanmar. It included a call centre, which was the pioneer in tele-sales for the country, and a digital marketing agency which he successfully grew to being the largest social media marketing agency in Myanmar by client count.
CHANG CHEE MENG
Hospitality Consultant
Chang has over 35 years of experience working in the hospitality industry, rising through the ranks till reaching the position of General Manager.
He was educated at the prestigious Ecole Les Roches Switzerland, an internationally renowned hotel management school. He obtained professional Diplomas in Hotel Management, as well as in Food & Beverage Management.
Among his core expertise is managing large scale banqueting operations, with special consideration being given to reducing food waste.
